Please choose wisely! As a small business, returns for change of mind, incorrect size and material irritation will not be accepted. In the description of each piece, I have included chain length and materials used to help you decide. If your piece is damaged or faulty within the three months, contact me via the contact page, including a photo. I am always happy to make repairs and even potential alterations, however I will not cover the cost of shipping.

Jewellery is an investment with a delicate soul. Even though Sphynxxi jewellery is durable and built to last, it is important to take care of your adornments ensure they look their best for years to come.

Taking your jewellery off if you're involved in intense activity which could scratch, knock or damage it (or yourself).

Storing away from excessive sunlight, excessive heat and damp conditions is also advisable.

Minimising contact with harsh chemicals and rinsing after wearing in salt water is highly recommended, especially for brass pieces because oxidisation will occur.

This the best way to extend their longevity and to prolong your union with them!

PLEASE NOTE in earring descriptions I have listed the gauge size as most pairs are for stretched ears only! Please see the chart below for more information if you are unsure about gauge sizes. With most earrings I can make swap the hanger over to a smaller gauge, please contact me before purchasing if you wish to do this.
